NHS services

Once our premises registration is complete, our NHS-funded services will be available to anyone in England. We provide them remotely, without face-to-face contact at our premises.

Our essential services

• Dispensing NHS prescriptions: we dispense medicines prescribed for you.
• Appliances: we dispense prescribed appliances or help you find a specialist supplier.
• Repeat dispensing: we arrange each supply from your GP's repeat dispensing prescriptions.
• Unwanted medicines: contact us to arrange safe disposal. Do not post medicines to us.
• Healthy living: ask the pharmacist for advice on healthy living.
• Signposting: we help you find other health and care services.
• Self-care: our pharmacist advises on minor illness and looking after your health.
• Discharge Medicines Service: following a hospital referral, we help you understand changes to your medicines.
• Clinical governance: we work to written procedures for safe care, privacy and complaints.

Once registration and nomination are available, you can nominate us using the NHS App.

NHS prescription charges apply unless you are exempt.
